JRC Engineering Inc. Dealer Program

Wholesale Requirements & Application Standards

At JRC Engineering Inc, our wholesale program exists to support established retailers, workshops, and builders who actively serve the classic British motorcycle community.
To ensure a fair and consistent dealer experience, the following requirements apply to all wholesale accounts.

Our goal is simple: support the businesses that support the hobby, while keeping the supply chain strong for the next generation.

Retail Visibility Requirement

To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must demonstrate that retail customers can locate and purchase from your business.

Provide at least two of the following:

  • Active website or online store displaying products, services, or contact information

  • Verified public business listing (Google Business, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)

  • Physical storefront or service facility open to the public

  • Proof of retail activity, such as recent invoices or service tickets

This requirement helps ensure wholesale pricing is reserved for legitimate retail operations and service providers rather than personal-use buyers.

Initial Buy-In & Annual Purchase Minimums

To open and maintain a wholesale account with JRC Engineering, the following thresholds apply:

Initial Buy-In Requirement

New dealer accounts require an initial order of $1,000.00 USD to activate wholesale status.

Annual Purchase Requirement

All dealer accounts must meet an annual minimum spend of $1,000.00 USD to retain wholesale pricing and dealer status.

Component Specific Businesses

We understand that some shops specialize in narrow product categories—such as wheel building, electrical work, ignition systems, carburetor rebuilding, or other focused services.
Component-specific businesses that primarily purchase a small, defined group of SKUs may request individual consideration regarding annual minimums.

Requests will be evaluated case-by-case based on:

  • The nature of the business

  • The specialization and SKU range

  • Retail visibility requirements

  • Expected purchasing activity

This ensures fairness while still supporting niche specialists within the classic motorcycle industry.

How Purchase Minimums Are Enforced

  • Annual Review
Your account’s purchases are evaluated once every 12 months.

  • Below Minimum Notice
If your account falls below the $1,000.00 USD annual requirement, you will receive a notification.

  • 60-Day Grace Period
You will have 60 days to place additional qualifying orders to meet the minimum.

  • Status Adjustment
Accounts that do not meet the minimum after the grace period may be:

    • Reclassified to retail status, and

    • Have wholesale pricing and discounts suspended

  • Reinstatement
Wholesale status may be restored once the annual minimum is met again and retail visibility requirements remain active.

Dealer Application Review

Each application is reviewed individually. Approval is based on:

  • Retail visibility and customer accessibility

  • Expected purchasing activity

  • Alignment with JRC Engineering’s wholesale program

Approved dealers will receive wholesale login access and account setup instructions.

Pricing Integrity & Fair Market Practices

To protect the strength of our dealer network, JRC Engineering may review publicly advertised pricing to help ensure a fair and consistent marketplace.
While we do not maintain a formal Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy, we encourage responsible pricing practices that reflect the value of the products we supply and the investments our dealers make.
Our aim is to support a healthy environment where authorized dealers can compete fairly, maintain reasonable margins, and confidently serve the classic motorcycle community.

Our Commitment to Dealers

For more than 50 years, JRC Engineering has supplied the classic Triumph, BSA, and Norton community with high-quality parts and dependable service.
Our wholesale program is built on fairness, accessibility, and long-term support for the businesses that keep these machines alive.

We look forward to partnering with you.
